1. Placing an Order
1.1 To purchase from us using your carboncreditz you must be over 16 (over 18 if purchasing alcohol) and a resident of the UK. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out in the order. No contract will exist until we have despatched the goods.
1.2 If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please Contact Us immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order. We are unable to rectify mistakes after this time, although you may still have the right to cancel described below under your right to cancel.
1.3 If for any reason we are unable to accept your order then we shall, at our option, either not debit your carboncreditz Account or carboncreditz used by you in respect of that order.
1.4 Whilst all possible care has been taken to ensure that each item is accurately described, descriptions cannot be guaranteed as manufacturers' specifications may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute item of the same or better quality for the same carboncreditz value. If you are not happy with the replacement, please Contact Us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for its return and refund any carboncreditz used by you for the order. Sizes quoted are approximate. Installation and batteries are not included unless otherwise specified.
1.5 Free offers and promotions are limited to one item per person.
2. Delivery
2.1 We do not accept PO Box addresses for delivery. If these are entered it will delay the delivery as we will need to contact you to obtain an alternative delivery address.
2.2 We reserve the right to defer the delivery date for circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to governmental actions, war, or threat of war, national emergency, riot, civil disturbance, sabotage, or requisition, act of God, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic or accident, import or export regulations or embargoes, labour disputes, default or delay of suppliers and sub-contractors; inability to obtain or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable material, fuel, parts machinery or labour, or a power failure or breakdown of machinery.
3.3 We aim to despatch most goods to all mainland UK addresses within 10 working days from the time the order is processed. Some items may be delivered under separate cover and some larger items may take up to 28 days, please refer to the delivery details for the item you are ordering. Delivery of most smaller items can be made by prior arrangement to The Scottish Highlands and islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, but these may incur an additional cost. Please make claims for non-deliveries within 14 working days of placing your order.
4. Returns Policy
4.1 You should inspect the goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage and to ensure they are correct. In the unlikely event that any item you receive is damaged, faulty or incorrect, you should Contact Us .
4.2 Please do not return goods until instructed to do so. If you are requested to return your goods, please ensure that they are securely packaged. You must return the goods to us in the original packaging, we advise you to ensure that the goods are adequately insured during the return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or when requested by us to do so, whichever occurs first, we can collect the goods from you at your cost. You will receive a full refund within 30 days of us receiving your notification to cancel.
5.3 Where you have cancelled an order for goods or another transaction on the Website, we will credit the corresponding value of carboncreditz back to your carboncreditz Account within 48 hours of cancellation when you will be able to see your updated balance on the Website.

5.4 Affiliate commissions, goods purchased and cash transfers will be charged a 10% fee that will be invested on your behalf in an offset project chosen by carboncreditz Ltd. This investment will be accredited to your offset account (pie chart).
5.5 Transfers of creditz to cash to pay bills. All transfers up to and including Sunday 23:59:59 will be submitted each Monday, or on next available banking business day.
